Dr. Samana Sayed
Director & Co-Founder
MPT, MIAP, CMT, D.Acu, CDNT, CVMT, CDRS, CPRP
Certified Exercise, Cardiovascular & Metabolic Specialist (Singapore)
Dr. Samana Sayed is an internationally recognized authority in critical care physical therapy, acute cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and emergency clinical education. As the founding director of YOU360, Dr. Sayed has pioneered integrated care pathways that bridge intensive care unit (ICU) bedside care with long-term functional recovery. Her work focuses on high-risk, hemodynamically sensitive patients requiring advanced respiratory support, post-coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) care, and acute dyspnea management.
Through her global clinical tour initiatives across the Middle East and Asia, Dr. Sayed has trained over 1,000 licensed physical therapists, ICU nurses, and medical practitioners in life-saving critical care maneuvers, arterial blood gas analysis, and safe early-mobilization frameworks.
Core Clinical Expertise –
ICU & Critical Care: Early ICU mobilization, mechanical ventilation weaning, airway clearance techniques.
Cardiopulmonary Practice: Post-CABG rehabilitation, cardiac exercise prescription, acute dyspnea management.
Diagnostic Competency: Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) interpretation, chest radiograph analysis, diagnostic auscultation.
Global Faculty Reach: Lead mentor for YOU360 International Masterclass Tours (UAE, Malaysia, India).
Dr. Mehvish Sayed
Global Operations Manager & Lead Sports Specialist
MSc in Sports Medicine (UK) , CSP, MIAP, COMT, CDNT,
First Contact Practitioner (NHS, London)
Dr. Mehvish serves as a senior clinical leader in acute-stage hospital rehabilitation, specializing in intensive care unit therapy and complex post-operative recovery. Her clinical practice centers on managing medically fragile patients who require multi-organ monitoring, non-invasive ventilation support, or recovery from severe systemic trauma.
Dr. Mehvish is renowned for developing safe bedside evaluation frameworks that allow clinicians to identify early windows for therapeutic intervention, dramatically reducing hospital stays and preventing secondary ICU-acquired weakness (ICUAW). Within YOU360’s educational wing, she leads hands-on clinical modules teaching differential bedside diagnosis, ventilator synchrony, and post-surgical pulmonary care.
Core Clinical Expertise –
Acute ICU Intervention: ICU-acquired weakness prevention, hemodynamic monitoring during therapy, ventilator-dependent patient care.
Post-Surgical Protocols: Post-thoracic surgery rehab, abdominal surgery recovery, acute chest physiotherapy.
Clinical Mentorship: Bedside clinical decision-making, patient-safety screening, functional independence restoration.
Dr. Tanmaya Patil (PT)
Master of Community Physiotherapy (MPT) Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
Senior Physiotherapist & Ergonomics Specialist
Dr. Tanmaya leads YOU360’s specialized respiratory diagnostic and sleep health division. Her practice combines non-invasive therapeutic interventions with precise pulmonary screening to treat complex upper airway disorders, chronic respiratory insufficiency, and dysfunctional breathing patterns.
Dr. Tanmaya’s groundbreaking clinical work in Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) physiotherapy focuses on upper airway neuromuscular retraining, CPAP compliance integration, and diaphragmatic re-education. As a primary educator at YOU360 Academy, she designs advanced curricula that train healthcare providers to read complex pulmonary function tests (PFTs), identify subtle sleep-disordered breathing markers, and deliver targeted respiratory muscle training (RMT).
Core Clinical Expertise –
Sleep & Airway Health: Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) physical therapy, upper airway re-education, CPAP therapy integration.
Pulmonary Diagnostics: Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) analysis, breathing pattern disorder (BPD) correction, respiratory muscle conditioning.
Chronic Respiratory Care: Dyspnea relief protocols, diaphragm retraining, non-invasive ventilation management.
Dr. Kshitija Ghadge (PT)
Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (MPT)
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
Senior Physiotherapist & Certified Dry Needling Therapist
Dr. Kshitija is a clinical consultant and academic specialist focusing on systemic metabolic health, chronic kidney disease (CKD) exercise prescription, and advanced diabetic rehabilitation. Recognizing the deep pathophysiological connection between cardiovascular health and systemic metabolic conditions, Dr. Kshitija’s work offers specialized care plans for patients navigating multi-morbid conditions.
Her evidence-based therapeutic protocols address diabetic peripheral neuropathy management, blood glucose optimization through structured movement, and dialysis-related fatigue mitigation. At YOU360, Dr. Kshitija leads patient rehabilitation programs while educating practitioners on the precise physiological parameters required to safely prescribe exercise to complex, high-risk patient populations.
Core Clinical Expertise –
Metabolic & Renal Rehab: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) exercise protocols, end-stage renal disease (ESRD) physical therapy, dialysis fatigue recovery.
Diabetic Care: Diabetic peripheral neuropathy rehabilitation, glycemic control through exercise, diabetic foot care.
Multi-Morbid Management: Geriatric cardiopulmonary care, systemic metabolic conditioning, personalized exercise dosage.
