Dr. Samana Sayed is an award-winning Senior Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapist, Global Healthcare Educator, and Director & Co-Founder of YOU360. With over 16 years of clinical expertise, she has directly treated 17,000+ patients across India, the UAE, East Africa, and Singapore, and currently directs 3 active rehabilitation centers. An Honorary Professor at the National University of Medical Sciences (USA & Spain) and Executive Council Member of the International Health & Fitness Association, Dr. Sayed is a global pioneer in fast-track ICU mobilization, mechanical ventilation recovery, post-COVID pulmonary rehabilitation, CTVS surgical care, and diabetes exercise prescription.
As Director of YOU360 Academy, she has delivered 340+ evidence-based clinical workshops across 16+ countries, training over 35,000 physiotherapists, doctors, and medical professionals. A published researcher with 5+ Scopus-indexed papers and university textbook chapters, Dr. Sayed holds 50+ national and international healthcare awards—including the Apeejay Abdul Kalam Award, National Pandemic Warrior Award, Best Clinician Award, and Path Breaker Physio Award.

Dr. Mehvish Sayed is a UK-registered HCPC Specialist Physiotherapist and Sports Medicine Expert with extensive clinical experience across London’s NHS networks as a First Contact Practitioner, specialized private practice, and elite UK football clubs, including Arsenal Football Club. Holding a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine (UK), she specializes in Premier League-standard sports injury rehabilitation, ACL surgical recovery, advanced joint mobilization, dry needling, neurodynamics, and musculoskeletal (MSK) pain management.
As Global Operations Manager at YOU360 Healthcare & Academy, Dr. Mehvish oversees cross-border clinical operations, sports medicine injury pathways, and international tele-rehabilitation services across the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and India.
